Body Language Arts sessions are for any person, group, or organization interested in using movement to relieve stress, develop creativity, and explore non-verbal communication. Each workshop is curated with wellness activities using digital prompts, vocal guidance, and/or demonstrations. A single session or series of workshops can provide participants with opportunities to practice emotional regulation, empathy, and creative problem-resolution.
Kei Anisah will collaborate with clients to determine an appropriate theme for their session or workshop series. Workshops can be designed for a range of needs such as self-care, personal development, school/classroom support, relationship-building, and community/family bonding.
