Creative collaborations are short-term projects with artists of any discipline, emerging practitioners, entrepreneurs, and organizations that focus on cultural cohesion, holistic wellness, environmental sustainability, and/or spirituality.
Reiki is a form of alternative medicine known as energy healing that facilitates stress reduction, relaxation, and general wellbeing. The word and technique, Reiki, has Japanese origins: Rei (spirit, divine, universal) and Ki (life force, energy). Reiki healing artists attune to the frequency of Reiki to support the auras’ natural healing process. During a session, Reiki is transferred from the practitioner to the recipient through the palms and can be administered as light touch (non-invasive hands-on healing), no touch (hands hover over the body), or distance (client is in a different location).
At this time, only distance Reiki is available during 45-minute Zoom appointments.
Body Language Arts sessions are for any person, group, or organization interested in using movement to relieve stress, develop creativity, and explore non-verbal communication. Each workshop is curated with wellness activities using digital prompts, vocal guidance, and/or demonstrations. A single session or series of workshops can provide participants with opportunities to practice emotional regulation, empathy, and creative problem-resolution.
Kei Anisah will collaborate with clients to determine an appropriate theme for their session or workshop series. Workshops can be designed for a range of needs such as self-care, personal development, school/classroom support, relationship-building, and community/family bonding.
